Renew thou thy love with but a single kiss,
Or a gaze of thine eye,
Or a graze of thy fingertips. 

Renew thou thy love with words of praise, 
Or time freely given, 
Or a simple act of service. 

Renew thou thy love as water renews the flower,
For if love is not renewed
Life together ferments to sour.
